1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

The inclusion of the customer's own terms and conditions is hereby rejected unless otherwise agreed.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with Vanessa Sommer – Lovely Commerce.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. Contract language

The language available for concluding the contract is German.

4. Delivery conditions

4.1 In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are also added. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers or in the shipping cost calculation in the shopping cart.

4.2 We only deliver by post. It is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

4.3 The delivery of goods takes place by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive.

4.4 The seller's information on delivery times is only approximate and non-binding. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances for which the seller is not responsible, in particular failure by the supplier to meet deadlines, traffic or operational disruptions or similar events, the delivery time shall be extended by the time of the disruption. Claims for damages due to delayed delivery are excluded in the event of a slight delay in delivery.

5. Terms of payment

In our shop you can generally use the following payment methods:

Credit card
When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. Once you have been verified as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.

PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Sofort by Klarna
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.

Apple Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after the order has been placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Google Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after the order has been placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

 

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.

6.2 To return an item, you must contact us.

6.3 Further information can be found in the cancellation policy.

6.4 Products that have been customized for the buyer cannot be returned.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Liability for defects (warranty), transport damage

8.1 If the purchased item is defective, the provisions of statutory liability for defects apply.

8.2 If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.

8.3 Goods returned due to defects will only be accepted if the Seller has given prior written consent.

9. Dispute settlement

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
